Common questions

I watched a rewarded ad but did not receive the reward.

Wait a few seconds and return to the relevant screen. Make sure the ad was completed and the Game remained open until it closed. A reward can only be granted after the advertising provider sends a valid reward confirmation. If the balance still does not update, restart the Game and email support with the information listed above. Do not send an advertising identifier.

Why is a rewarded ad unavailable?

Rewarded ads require an internet connection and available advertising inventory. Availability can vary by region, privacy choice, device and time. Try again later. The Game does not guarantee that a rewarded opportunity will always be available.

How do I change advertising privacy choices?

When required for your region, open the Game’s Settings screen and select “Privacy Choices.” Apple tracking permission can be managed separately in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. The Privacy Choices row may not appear in regions where Google does not require it.

How do I manage notifications?

Open iOS Settings > Notifications > NeonMelt to allow, disable or change notification settings.

How do I delete locally stored game data?

Delete the Game from your device. Advertising data processed by Google is governed by Google’s privacy tools and policies. If cloud or account features are introduced in a future version, this page and the Privacy Policy will be updated with additional instructions.

I found a bug or the Game crashed.

Restart the Game and make sure iOS and NeonMelt are updated. If the issue continues, send the device, version and reproduction information listed above.
