Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By downloading, accessing or using NeonMelt: Color Tunnel Dash (the “Game”), you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. If you are below the age at which you may enter into these terms in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

2. License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Game for private, non-commercial entertainment on devices you own or control. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

For downloads through Apple’s App Store, your license is also subject to the Apple Standard End User License Agreement. If these terms conflict with mandatory platform terms, the mandatory platform terms control.

3. Permitted use

You must not:

• copy, distribute, sell, rent or sublicense the Game except where the law expressly permits;
• reverse engineer, modify or create derivative works from the Game except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use cheats, automation, modified clients or other methods that interfere with gameplay, scoring, advertisements, rewards or security;
• attempt to manipulate, repeatedly trigger or falsely claim advertising rewards;
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or disrupt the Game or related services; or
• use the Game for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive purposes.

4. Advertisements and optional rewards

The Game contains advertisements supplied through Google AdMob. Interstitial advertisements may appear at suitable breaks in gameplay. Rewarded advertisements are optional and may offer virtual benefits such as coins, an extra life or a revive.

A reward is granted only after the advertising provider sends a valid reward confirmation to the Game. Closing an advertisement early, losing connectivity, failing to satisfy the advertisement’s completion conditions, reaching an inventory limit or encountering a technical error may result in no reward. Advertising inventory and rewarded opportunities are not guaranteed to be available at all times.

Virtual rewards, scores, coins, lives and progress are licensed gameplay elements. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, are not transferable and may be adjusted where reasonably necessary to correct errors, prevent abuse or balance the Game.

Advertisements and any external pages opened from them are supplied by third parties and may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. See our Privacy Policy for information about advertising data and privacy choices.

5. Purchases and platform services

The current version of the Game does not offer in-app purchases or subscriptions. Distribution, downloads, operating-system features and related platform services are provided by Apple and may be subject to Apple’s separate terms and privacy policies.

6. Gameplay, progress and availability

Scores, virtual progress, settings and other gameplay elements may be stored locally and may be lost if the Game is deleted, device data is cleared, a device is changed or an update is incompatible. We may update, balance, suspend or discontinue features of the Game. We do not guarantee that the Game, advertisements or any rewarded opportunity will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every device or operating-system version.

7. Intellectual property

The Game and its code, visuals, audio, names, logos, designs and other content are owned by or licensed to the publisher and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Rights not expressly granted under these terms are reserved. Third-party advertisement content remains the responsibility of its respective owner.

8. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, availability of advertisements or rewards, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Game, including loss of local data, gameplay progress or an expected virtual reward. Any limitation applies only to the extent allowed by applicable law and does not restrict mandatory consumer protections.

10. Suspension and termination

Your license ends if you materially breach these terms. We may restrict features or virtual rewards where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, security abuse or manipulation. You may stop using the Game at any time by uninstalling it. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability and disputes survive termination where applicable.

11. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Game, advertisements, providers or law. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; otherwise, we will request any consent legally required.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence. Courts and authorities with mandatory jurisdiction remain unaffected. Questions may be sent to mehmetcanbuyuklu@gmail.com.
